An expert review is a relatively low-cost way of making your website easier to use. We use our experience to evaluate your website thorougly. We produce findings, plus recommendations you can use immediately.

Usability - Heuristic evaluation
The heuristic evaluation is a technique used by usability experts. In the heuristic evaluation the user interface is evaluated based on the heuristics rules, which are kind of thumb rules for designing. The heuristic evaluation can be used to check a prototype or finished product or to evaluate competitive products.
The most well-known heuristics are Jacob Nielsen’s ten usability heuristics
Website Accessibility Audit
A website audit is a process that we carry out to check your website meets accessibility standards and is compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 , using the W3C accessibility checklist and guidelines.
The W3C offers three different levels of compliance. WCAG priority 1, conformance level 'A' (which must be satisfied according to the W3C). WCAG priority 2, conformance level 'Double-A' (which should be satisfied and is the EU recommended level of compliance) and priority 3 if a website needs to meet 'Triple-A' conformance level.
By not having a compliant website, not only is there the potential of losing out on revenue from potential clients and customers, but also there is the possibility of legal action from disabled website users or organisations that protect the rights of disabled people.
Website Design
We wanted our clients to have the option of updating & maintaining their own web sites. With this in mind we use a feature-rich Content Management System (CMS) which produces accessible, standards compliant code, enables full search engine optimisation and still allows for completely flexible website design.
The CMS uses a 'What You See Is What You Get' (WYSWYG) interface. You simply type in your content and let the software do the work for you. Updating your website is as easy as 1..2..3. It couldn't be any easier.
